Milford Sound

Milford Sound is a photographers dream location if you find yourself lucky enough to be there to see it bathed in perfect magic hour light, but even during the harsh midday sun it was a stunning place to get the chance to visit, and we were even lucky enough to spot some wildlife!

The road to Milford was long, but one full of beautiful location stops featuring some incredible scenery.

Queenstown

As soon as we saw Queenstown from a few hundred feet in the air I knew it was going to be a beautiful place, and with every corner we turned on our way to Bumbles Backpackers the more incredible the views became; I've never seen clouds like it anywhere before! 

It wasn't long before we felt very much at home...

Auckland City

A trip to the Art museum where we got to see the 'Who Shot Rock and Roll' photography exhibition, Parnell high street (an up-market shopping area) and to face Paul's fear of lifts and my fear of heights, a trip to the top of the sky tower - The tallest man-made structure in New Zealand!!!  It wasn't long before another case of bus travel madness set in...
